Two distinct mezzanines, one coordinated build. Upstairs becomes a focused office volume — clear-glazed perimeter, full-light feel, acoustic separation from the operations floor. Downstairs becomes a credibility piece for Precision IT: a glass-walled boardroom that reads as serious from the moment a client walks in.
Delivered as a single program by an SBI Project Manager — partitioning, glazing, ceiling, electrical, HVAC, flooring and painting all sequenced under one schedule. You see one face, sign one variation register, and take one handover.
Glass partitions are the #1 acoustic failure point in mezzanine offices. Most builders spec 10mm float glass with brush-strip seals — looks identical to a premium spec, but every conversation in the boardroom carries to the workstations downstairs. SBI specs acoustic-rated laminated glazing with full-perimeter intumescent seals (head, jamb, threshold) — delivering Rw35-38 in glass and Rw45 in the solid framed walls behind it. The difference between a boardroom that feels confidential and one that doesn't is roughly $40 a linear metre, made invisible at handover.
